Where to start?
To quickly start your journey an implementation guide is available for NMOS Control.
An open source media node framework is available in the form of nmos-cpp.
An example mock application is available in the form of the NMOS Device Control Mock Application.
A testing tool is available in the form of the NMOS API Testing Tool.
This specification relies on familiarity with the following existing specifications:

- IS-04: NMOS Discovery and Registration
- IS-05: NMOS Device Connection Management
BCP-008-01 has been developed by the Advanced Media Workflow Association as part of the Networked Media Open Specifications initiative. See here for an overview of NMOS specifications.
The NMOS Testing Tool creates a simple web service for testing implementations of all NMOS APIs.
